Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Community Coordinator to support the daily operations of our coworking and cowarehousing space. As the front-facing representative of Fuse Flex Space, you’ll be responsible for delivering a warm, welcoming experience to members and guests, supporting community initiatives, and ensuring our shared spaces are running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a part-time position , averaging 25–30 hours per week with a flexible schedule . The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking to grow within a dynamic environment. This position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role as our community continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Support

  • Greet and assist members and visitors, providing a warm, professional first impression, provide tours, and actively serve as the face of the community.
  • Assist with onboarding new members, issuing access credentials, and guiding them through services and policies
  • Respond to member inquiries, resolve day-to-day issues, ensure a high level of satisfaction, and escalate as needed to management

 

Community Engagement

 

  • Build relationships with members to encourage collaboration and a sense of belonging
  • Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and community meetups
  • Promote upcoming events and engagement opportunities within the community

 

 

 

Operations & Facilities Support

 

  • Monitor workspace cleanliness and organization, submitting work orders when needed
  • Track supply inventory and coordinate restocking of snacks, office materials, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors (cleaning crew, maintenance, deliveries) to maintain day-to-day functionality
  • Receive and manage deliveries, including lifting boxes and packages up to 50 lbs

· Assist in unloading pallets from delivery trucks using a pallet jack, as needed

Administrative Tasks

 

  • Use coworking software (e.g., OfficeRnD) for member check-ins, billing support, daily mail and package sorting, and room reservations
  • Assist in creating simple promotional content (flyers, social posts, welcome emails, etc.)
  • Maintain records of member feedback, community trends, and event participation

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or community support
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a “hospitality-first” mindset
  • Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems, office management software, and social media platforms
  • Personality: Friendly, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work
