Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

Key Responsibilities For The Cost Accountant
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and documentation across two manufacturing plants
Analyze and reconcile inventory and cost data; compare standard vs. actual production costs as Cost Accountant
Partner with plant ops to support cost control, budgeting, and process improvement
Support ERP implementation and help standardize cost practices across locations
Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Qualifications For The Cost Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Excel; ERP system experience
