• Month-End Close & Planning Support: Contribute to month-end close processes and assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, strategic plans, and forecasting activities.
• Financial Analysis & Insights: Conduct detailed variance analysis to uncover root causes, translating findings into clear, compelling narratives both verbally and in written reports.
• Data Interpretation & Problem Solving: Gather and analyze data to identify current or potential issues, evaluate their impact, and effectively communicate implications for future performance.
• Model Development: Assist in creating and maintaining financial models to track performance metrics and monitor key strategic initiatives.
• Performance Reporting: Support the preparation and dissemination of regular financial performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Reporting Accuracy: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and standardization across all financial reporting and presentation materials through meticulous attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Flexibly manage shifting priorities and multiple deliverables in a dynamic business environment.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial and strategic information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
