We are excited to welcome a motivated Front Desk Agent to our talented team at the Best Western Antlers, a beautiful 5-acre property with 99 guest rooms, a luxurious apartment, and a charming guest house. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a charming and enthusiastic team dedicated to exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, welcoming guests with a warm smile.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a satisfying experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Critical thinking, troubleshooting, and anticipating guest needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to work morning/evening shifts and holidays.
• Weekend availability
• One or more years of hospitality experience preferred
