A boutique law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services, including dispute resolution and commercial litigation. With a commitment to excellence and attention to detail, their firm has built a reputation for successfully representing clients in a variety of complex commercial legal disputes. Together, we are searching for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team on-site at their Parsippany, NJ location .

Requirements:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Must have experience filing within electronic court systems.
  • Must understand basic litigation lingo and importance of keeping organized and proper files.
  • Experience drafting notices & subpoenas, drafting responses to discovery.
  • Accurate review of all notices received/motions that come in, accurate follow-up on all tasks
  • Management of trial calendars, helping attorneys with deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program – preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Paralegal experience at a reputable law firm.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Compensation: $60k -$65k based on experience.
