We're hiring right away!
🔹Position: Lumper (Container loading and unloading)
📍 Location: Charlotte, NC
💰Payment: Based on production (number of boxes, weight and other factors). 
⏰Hours: Each warehouse sets its own schedule. You finish when you finish the assigned container. This position is for the first shift.

Responsibilities:
-Load and unload goods accurately and quickly.
-Order, stack and organize the merchandise correctly.
-Inspect shipments and report discrepancies.
-Operate pallet jacks and other loading equipment.
-Keep the work area clean and safe.
-Follow all warehouse safety regulations.

Requirements:
-Experience in warehouse or manual work (desirable).
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active all day.
-Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
-Availability to adapt to different working conditions (hot/cold).
-Responsibility, punctuality and proactive attitude.
-Reliable transportation to get to work on time.
-Working cell phone and email access.
