We are looking for a Painter to join our team at Mystic Dunes, a Hilton Vacation Club. In this position, you will help maintain this outstanding resort by completing all steps involved in the painting process at the resort. Don't miss out on the opportunity to work in a phenomenal property in a wonderful environment. Schedule Details: Full - Time; Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays. What will I be doing? Painting/wallpapering Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structures Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed Other duties as required by your leader To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: What are we looking for? Prior experience Able to communicate in English both written and verbally Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 40 libs, grasp, stoop, reach overhead.
