Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications for executives
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, both on-site and off-site
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and paper, for easy accessibility of information
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands
