THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pharmacist to lead the dispensation of products and provide exceptional care to medical patients. In this role, you will serve as the onsite medical authority, ensuring patients receive the correct dosages, along with education and counseling. You will act as a trusted advisor, performing drug utilization reviews and making recommendations based on appropriateness of therapy, dosage, route, duration, and potential contraindications. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about alternative medicine and driven to improve patient outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

  • Assess patient certifications to monitor restrictions and guide patients toward the most effective treatment options.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and federal laws.

  • Collaborate with the team to communicate any product restrictions or limitations for individual patients.

  • Provide accurate and timely medication information to patients in person and over the phone.

  • Assist with dispensary operations as needed, including accepting product deliveries, inventory management, employee training, fulfilling online orders, and completing patient transactions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED

  • Active, valid pharmacist license in the state of operations (PA)

  • 1+ years of relevant pharmacy experience with a patient- and customer-focused approach.

  • Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and familiarity with inventory management processes.

  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Flexibility to meet scheduling and availability requirements.
