Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community.

• Provides personal, equipment, and property security for assigned area.
• May provide information, directions, and escort service as needed.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Completed security guard training through an approved agency Level I and II or obtained within 6 months of hire
• Will be certified in taser, baton, and handcuffing.
• Trained in de-escalation and patient immobilization
• Required to wear Body Armor, taser, baton, and handcuff-associated gear while on duty
• To drive a Lovelace-owned vehicle, you must possess a valid NM driver’s license on your person and no DUI/DWI within the last five years

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Experience in general security
• 1 year security experience
• Hospital environment
• CPR Certification
