Today, we‘re looking for a Senior Accountant to support the accounting needs of our growing portfolio of clients. An exceptional accountant - one who can see the big picture and put themselves in the clients’ shoes. In the Senior Accountant role, you will have a few responsibilities that compete with your time, so managing that time and setting realistic expectations with staff and clients is critically important. These responsibilities include; reviewing lead schedules, financial statements, and other ad-hoc reporting produced by our team of staff accountants, serving as the subject matter expert on accounting updates, identifying processes ripe for improvement, and maintaining regular contact with clients. Success in this role requires experience, confidence, empathy, open-mindedness, and a problem solver, who (perhaps most importantly) is a clear and effective communicator.
