Job Description

An award-winning, nationwide quick-service brand is looking to add a General Manager to their team in the Tucson market . This franchise group continues its growth plan with multiple new store openings planned in the future. Casual and Quick-Service restaurant leaders are encouraged to apply for an opportunity to further build their careers with a company that truly values its team members.

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,500 (commensurate with experience) + bonus potential, 100% paid employee health insurance, and much more!

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in General Management, demonstrating a proven track record of commitment and performance.
  • Prior experience in the fast food or quick service restaurant industry.
  • Expertise in drive-thru operations is highly desirable.
  • A dynamic and enthusiastic team leader who leads by example and fosters a collaborative environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve and surpass budgeted sales targets by implementing effective strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Engage with the local community through proactive marketing and promotional activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment that promotes mutual respect and team cohesion.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to build and sustain a high-performing workforce.
